Newspaper, television and radio had been the traditional advertising mediums for Peter Kittle Motor Company but often lacked coherence and consistency across campaigns. When we started managing their advertising and media production and spend in mid 2013, not only did we streamline the look, tone and production process of the car dealer’s publicity, we were also able to suggest and establish new channels to promote the business. Twitter, YouTube and Facebook accounts set up and managed by Bellette, have allowed the company’s promotional messages to reach new audiences in a different way. Facebook has been particularly successful with 2000 likes reached within the first year. The page is used widely by customers and potential customers to enquire or give feedback. Creative posts, questions and competitions are used to engage the social media audiences and ensure continued follows.
