My LinkUp is an offshoot of LinkUp Australia, a provider under the NDIS that offers a range of services including personal care, household chores, and skill-enhancing support for individuals with disabilities.
Approached by My LinkUp, bellette was tasked with crafting brand collateral to introduce their latest services to the local community. Adhering to accessibility guidelines, our design team ensured that the materials could be easily understood by individuals who faced challenges in reading and comprehending information. We constructed graphics optimized for memorability, readability, visibility, and differentiation—crafted to be inclusive for all. While My LinkUp needed branding consistency with its parent organization, LinkUp Australia, our design approach aimed to clearly indicate a connection between the two entities while maintaining their distinct identities. Design, at its core, is a means of effective communication, and this project provided us with an opportunity to leverage our expertise in design and creativity to effectively reach individuals with disabilities.
The design features a soothing colour palette and an elegant geometric circle as prominent components in all the visual creations. This circle, a smooth and balanced form, serves as a recognizable element across all branded materials. The gentle hues of pastel pink and blue are intentionally selected to beckon the viewer and establish a serene and inclusive environment that exudes harmony and tranquility. Working with My LinkUp was a delightful experience as they engaged in a collaborative and supportive manner, enabling our design team to showcase their talents. Leveraging their extensive expertise in the disability services sector, My LinkUp played a vital role in enhancing our creative process.
